"First off, I stopped to get a few things after work, there's a guy that wears a bandana, he's a loud mouth and not friendly by any means. I've been in the store numerous times, he acts like he's on drugs. Plus the store was a mess, and dirty. He stood behind the counter ringing up smokes for himself and playing on his phone. The other guy working was blasting his phone music and you could hear anything."
"The service in the ice cream shop was horrible, they had a couple of customers including my son, he paid for a milkshake and a Root Beer Float, they only gave him the milkshake and they didn't want to make the other one, until 10 minutes later when my husband came in to ask what was happening with the root beer float and the receipt in hand and that's when they took care of him."
"Lovely and comfortable store. Delicious malts and Shakes. We were there at breakfast time and a little disappointed that they didn't have any breakfast sandwiches out."
"The kiosk to order ice cream is the worst idea yet considering I was told by an employee and customer service that unless the order is placed on the kiosk an order cannot be fulfilled due to all capabilities to manually ring up an order has been eliminated entirely so the employees cannot take a verbal order make it and ring it out. Twice as long to get an order in hand. Bad ideas are bad for business!"
