"I have become a loyal coffee snob and will only buy Winans beans. I attended a networking event in Piqua years ago where the owners spoke about how careful they are to source and process the beans with a very different way of doing things. I was hooked. Their coffee is incredible. I drink 2 cups at home every single day. I order the cashew butter crunch in 5lb bags online. We love all the other different flavors such as the blueberry for hot or cold brew. The chocolate is also top tier. Keep expanding! I was so excited to see you open up closer to me, so I didn't have to drive to that small location by the library in Piqua anymore."
"Beware of the Dublin location. Staff needs customer service training. Particularly the girl that worked until closing 12/30/23 she was extremely rude to our entire family reluctantly took our order while frowning and did not give us opportunity to order any pastries or candies. I specifically went into this shop to purchase 10 boxes of candy to send to Texas and get a 4 cups of coffee. She overfilled not leaving room for creamer and refused to throw a bit out to allow for creamer. Won’t bore you with all the details. Was completely unwarranted and unacceptable. Felt we were being racially profiled and was completely bothered by having to wait on us. Will make sure to let all my friends and family to stay clear of this location. And will be purchasing candy from another company to send to Texas since they evidently do not need my money."
"Stopped in on our fairy trail adventure and the lady didn't acknowledge us at all. My kiddo wanted some chocolate and mentioned so prior to us entering. The lady didn't say hello, hi or even turn around. I sat down at a table as I updated my map and still nothing. As we left I asked my kiddo if I missed something and if he heard her speak and he said nope- she didn't speak. Nice store, but I'm not begging to spend money there."
