"Do not shop here!!!! This place does not do any type of return on defective clothing. My daughter bought a $45 vest , wore for just a few hours and sone color from her shirt faded on it. It’s ruined. And they will not make right .. they were just kind of sorry , you’re screwed!!!! Bad business!!!!! Bad product!!!! Too expensive for cheap clothing that doesn’t last or hold up. Not offering to make right is just very, very bad business!!!!!!!"
"Everyone at the Kenwood store has been more than helpful!! But DO NOT ever buy anything off their website. They have a different return policy for online than the store (that they don’t tell you about). If the package isn’t back to them within 15 days of deliver, you will only get a store credit. This is the worst return policy I have ever seen and I have never seen a store use a different return policy for online vs store. Cute cloths but not sure it is worth it. I will probably spend my credit and then find somewhere else to shop."
