"Store is not updated. Also, offer way to low of price for items customers want to sell to Plato’s Closet. If an item is brand new and bought for 100 dollars. They will offer 7 dollars. You better off donating to good will and getting a tax credit. I highly don’t recommend."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the one and only location that I feel has the laziest workers. I brought in 6 bags full of clothes and not even 15 minutes after leaving I get a text saying my things are ready. I remember how I left the clothes and most of the bags weren’t even touched or looked at. Will never be selling or buying from this location again. Biggest waste of time and gas to get nothing out of it."
"Accept way too many clothing items. Went to shop there about a week ago and couldn’t even look at the tshirts they were so tightly crammed together. No joke I could not see one t shirt because there was no way to move them because they were so tight together couldn’t even move them slightly. Ended up giving up at looking at them and leaving. Every-time I walk in that store I am so overwhelmed. Too many items in such a small space, not organized, and can’t even get access to half the items. Wish they would start accepting more nicer items and not such stained trashy shein clothes. I have seen clothes there that have been there time and time when I go back. Also the workers are so rude. I think I sat at the counter for 7 minutes and the girls even acknowledged me several times, I was standing right at the register waiting and they kept talking and talking. I get you’re desperate for workers but hiring young snobby girls is not it."
"2 Thumbs Down !!! Don’t waist your time going to this location if you’re selling. Brand new all name brand clothes with tags still on most of them, all new jeans they were in high demand for and they bought 1 item .. it’s like they didn’t even go through my things because I know any other Plato’s would have bought . I am one that reads reviews and at times I give places the benefit of the doubt .. but I am here to be that person to tell NOT to do it . I promise the other reviewers told no lies."
