"Highly recommend this aeropotale in Northgate Mall. Not only were the early Black Friday deals amazing the service we received from Abrayle was top notch. She went the extra mile when finding the sizes we needed and helping us putting together seveal outfits to create a new wardrobe for me. Abrayle was friendly and so upbeat. She actually cared and took pride in what she does. She deserves to be recognized for her hardwork. Thanks!"
"So when we arrived to the Aéropostale in Northgate mall, the gate was down at 2:45 pm. As we sit there wondering why they are closed. You could see the employee sit there laughing and have a grand ole time. When another customer came by to ask why was the gate down. They said they were on break and will be opening up at 3. So we waited. At three one of the worker opens the gate and let a whole family out that was shopping at the time they said they were on break. Then the three employees step out,pull the gate down put a note on it and walked off... Yep this is my first and last time spending money with them."
"the past 2 years have been a constant scam, there is no end to their "50-70 off entire store!" clearance sale. Instead they just change the title of the sale. I would know, since I'm always at the mall how those signs never leave. The clothes are also of poor quality; my sports bra's stitching came apart in a gentle washing cycle. The first time I ever washed it."
"So if your closing your store why would you raise your prices last week I came in girl's uniform pants were 15.00. I received a email last all bottoms are buy 1 get two free so I go in the store to get three pairs of pants for 15.00 they changed the price to 49.00. I DON'T LIKE MY TIME wasted I don't like bad customer service while I was picking the pants sizes on the employee says there not 15 they or 24 when I got to the counter she rang them up and said there 49 I told her just told me 24 the manager said thats for the polo shirts I was already mad because they changed the price and you can't use you 5 off 25 card anymore either it was suppost to be good until the end of the year"
