"The young lady working the Regina's holding a conversation with someone. The associate needed her assistance for my exchange. She did not want to be interrupted. She stopped her conversation and said " WHAT". I was shocked, who in the hell does that. I got my package and left. As DRY as that mall was, she should have been glad someone was there."
"LOVE this place! After trying 3 different stores before this one I was losing hope. I had such a negative experience at CATO in Harrison after another customer ridiculed me for my appearance & was making fun of my son for making cat noises. My sons 4 years old & autistic. I finally went to Torrid, the staff was super helpful & friendly. My husband was torn between helping me & running after our son & the staff came & sat down with him for us to shop. I didn't catch everyone's name, but one of the girls names was Erin. Great experience, great staff, & great selection on clearance as well."
