"Was there over the Christmas holiday the staff was very unprofessional"

"Worker wasn't nice when we came in the first time. Fitting rooms aren't open because they're stuffed with clothes so she told us we had to return them in 30 days if they didn't fit. That was a hassle because we were school shopping. I had to come back because some of them didn't fit my daughter. But when I came back the door was locked even though they weren't supposed to close for another 45 minutes. Friday it says 9pm on the door and on Google. So not only did I have to come up here again due to no fitting rooms, but it's now a wasted trip. So annoyed. Other than that, they had a decent selection of clothes when we came. Some things were a little higher than they should've been, but overall it was ok."

"Came to buy a jacket or hoodie. Staff said I was not allowed to try the clothes on since the fitting room was closed. I said I didn't need a fitting room since it was just outerwear. When that didn't work i asked what I'm supposed to do. They told me to buy it and use their 30 day return policy. Cool, I'll go to Amazon instead. Predict this place goes bankrupt in 2 years."

"Why I put 1 Star is that, the weekend worker lady that work on 2/12/2023. Do not have customer orientation charisma. She keep harassing customer to do her job. I was in that store on the above date to check on perfume. Stead of the lady to come and assist me if I found what, I need, all she did was to come and harassed me not to keep putting the clothes off the hanger, and I was still doing shopping, looking for which to get from the clothes I needed, in fact I cant even write all her ash words me. The management of this Citi trends should please kindly orientate those lady worker to have customer orientation politeness. Because customer is always right no matter what. They are always right."

"While it's a little cluttered, the prices are great as well as the selection. Some of the items run small (in this shirt, my husband would need an XL for it not to be psuedo fitted), I was very impressed with the service I received."
