"I highly recommend avoiding this company's masks. I bought 3. They were enormous and gapped all around. They are also held on with cotton strings - which means they fall off. Further, when I emailed the company the owner refused to allow me to return the masks (which was fair because of hygiene concerns) and would not refund my money. She also told me the problem was that I didn't know how to put on a mask, that I was putting on the mask wrong, insisted that the design was perfect, and accused me of making personal attacks. It was a tiresome and disappointing experience. Also, the bonnets come with a little card that says that if they smell you should hang them outside or wash them. I had purchased a couple of bonnets as well for gifts and was embarrassed to send something to a friend for a baby that might smell. When I asked to return those she insisted that I send them back with insurance and delivery confirmation which made them more expensive to send back than to just take my loss. The items are cute. But the quality control is uneven and the customer service questionable at best. The size below is a medium."
