"I used to love coming here. This trip my wife's bagel had such a large hole in the center that there was not much bagel left and she said it tasted almost stale. Coffee is served in paper cups, no more mugs. Hey, the pandemic is over. My steel cut oatmeal was okay, but sure seamed gummy, like it was over cooked or possibly set in a warming pot too long. Not sure if we bother coming back to this location."
"This evening we visited this location. Before arriving, I checked to see what kids meals were offered online. So when I arrived we asked for a kids pizza. They mentioned it was a corporate option and this franchise does not offer it. So we finished our order and waited for the food. While waiting, I confirmed that I could order that kid pizza from the website for this location. Not sure why they lied to me. Side note… online prices are not the same as the store prices. I am seeing this more and more at various stores, kinda disappointing."
"Can expect consistent food from menu, Pick 2 is an excellent choice, salads fresh and sandwiches made on site. Breads are artistically made, numerous treats, desert items. Disappointed there were no printed menus for my visually impaired friend as the menu board is distant and tightly written."
"It’s Panera. Good quality at a good price, but it’s a chain that mass produces its product. It’s constantly good… but not over the top good … their baguettes are amazing though, and I’d give them a 5-star rating by themselves."
