"It seems like every time I come through this certain dunkin' donuts location in the afternoon before work I come through and order the same thing and almost every single time I want something hot they make it iced and then swear that I say iced because they don't listen at the drive-thru when I know what I drink every single day. I know they are young kids that work there but it's also a business to pay attention when people are ordering their stuff."
"Normally I go through the drive-thru at Dunkin' but today I decided to order inside. The two workers there, Gabby & Hannah, were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience one were I will come back soon for sure! My coffee was made perfectly and when I forgot my donut, they threw in an extra donut for free for the trouble even though I told them that I had forgotten to make sure I had it. These girls were amazing and worked so hard that night!"
