"I have gone to this place multiple times but recently have been having issues with messed up orders. Whether it was the amount of sugar or ice, it always seemed to be different than what I ordered. That being said it seemed to be particularly busy and there were not enough employees."
"The two ladies working there today were awful!!!! Unprofessional and clearly had no interest in their work. I showed her a picture of the drink on the comp compared to what she gave me 10000% different Disregarding the drink the ppl were awful."
"First time customer and we loved the ease of ordering using the kiosks; but then we waited probably 20 minutes for our drinks. There were only two people working and I understood they did all they could to push out orders quickly. To their credit the quality and accuracy of the order did not suffer - delish!! The tiger milk boba was amazing! Note to management: get more staff"
"Whenever I see a bubble tea shop, I immediately go to try it and his is what happened to me with this place. I order the same drink from every bubble tea shop "Strawberry milk tea with mango jelly". It was so refreshing and tasty but we had to wait at least 15-20 minutes to get our drinks which is why I rated the service 3/5. I would definitely come back but hopefully the next time my order won't take long to make."
