"Literally the worst service in any Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. I come here out of convenience because it’s in the grocery store. The employees have zero sense of urgency, there’s often more than one person behind the counter that isn’t even helping any guess. The amount of time it takes to get through one person‘s order is absolutely ridiculous. They are not friendly and they couldn’t care less how many people are in line. The place is a mess, I don’t know what training they go through but clearly they need more, and they need a manager on staff making sure that they’re actually getting customers through the line. Every time I’m waiting for my coffee there’s at least one or two people that get out of line and give up because it’s taking so long"

"My mom and I came here this afternoon and met Jim, or as people call him "uncle Jim". He was hilarious and one of the sweetest people I've met. He seemed like genuinely enjoys his job and was excited to be there. Thank you Jim for your making me and my mom's day!"
