"We waited over 5 minutes before they took our order. Pulled up to the window and paid and they had us pull forward to wait for our food. We waited 20 minutes, they finally brought out a bag and handed it to us..... Not our order, then another kid brought out a bag not our order!!!! Now 25 minutes later we finally get our food. They gave us an extra Big Mac. Seriously our food should have been free!!! The McDouble was cold the cheese not even melted, fries soggy and tasted like old grease"

"I don't normally leave a review because I believe people sometimes have bad days. But this place..... So I come here a couple times a week for breakfast. I always drive thru. I've only been here once that my food was given to me at the window. It seems I wait for everything. I'm always being told to pull around. Then I wait and wait. It's just ridiculous anymore. Don't go here if you do not have to. It's not getting better. No one really seems to care at all."

"my experience with this mcdonald's is they get my services at least 3 times a week in the morning for a wonderful iced coffee! but when i go through the drive thru more than a couple times i shouldn't be told they are having technical difficulties. if your advertising 5am open time than maybe the employees should be there early enough to satisfy there customers. i feel that the morning shift are all worthless and have zero common sense thank you to a very angry customer i will never give service there ever again!!!!"

"Every time I go through the drive thru even if I order on the app ahead of time, I end up getting pulled forward and waiting even if it is a single quarter pounder. They are also weird because they will take three orders and wait for each to pay before they take the next three. As someone who worked in fast food it isn't hard to multitask. The food is what you would expect from any McDonald's, but the service and atmosphere is terrible."

"The food was good. Fries hot. Fish sandwich inevitably assembled messily with cheese on one part of the sandwich and a pile of tartar sauce on another... but they're always that way :). Food was brought to table promptly. Recently redecorated restaurant was clean and comfortable."
