"I've loved this store from my first visit. Today will be my last one. I waited in line for 15 minutes then an additional 2 minutes once I got to the window...for 2 black coffees. The girl was rude and slammed the window as I was leaving... apparently she could tell I was annoyed...but I was not disrespectful in any way. I felt the service was rude and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER return"
"I really enjoyed my drink. I got a carmel frappe. But the breakfast bagels sandwiches I'm not a fan of. They are like the ones you buy at a gas station and heat up. But the drinks are good."
"Got the Everything bagel turkey, bacon and cheddar sandwich. Was really good. I prefer my sandwich a little more hot. But over all it was good. My new guilty pleasure though is thw vanilla Chai latte. Not overly sweet like other places. I really like it. I again, prefer a little more of the spices, but overall,still getting it. So when I have to be out, I am stopping for my tea."
