"We’re on a mission to find the best burger in Columbus. BRU Burger missed the mark. The pretzel and cheese dip was very good. The pretzels were perfect. The cheese dip is a little thin, but the pretzels soaked it up well. We liked the spicy mustard, recommend dipping pretzel into both sauces simultaneously. One of our party had a chicken sandwich, we also had the BRU burger. Both sandwiches tasted good but both were messy. The bottom bun on both don’t hold up to the juiciness of the burger or chicken. It’s a compliment to the quality of the chicken and burgers - quite juicy. Toppings were great. If they could just fix the bottom bun to not be soaked thru. We had onion rings on the side. Tasty, but not crunchy. The coating was spongy. It adhered well to the onion and was cooked perfectly, but not the crunchy we hoped for. Great service at BRU Burger. Julia was fabulous. Do I recommend? Mixed review. I likely won’t be back - it’s expensive (you’ll be over $20 for a burger and a side per person), and the mess of a burger may not be worth a second round."
"Nice sports bar-esque restaurant. The service is great and helpful. They were very attentive to our large group. The cocktails are pricey but so good. Food was good but felt it could’ve been better. Burger tasted a little bland maybe needed more sauce or seasoning. I think I just expected more for the price. Quite a lot of televisions to watch the CBJ and Crew play games or whatever you want to watch. Onion rings are MASSIVE."
"This place was pretty good. No complaints at all. My bison burger was really good and my girlfriend said her lamb burger was delicious. This is definitely a place we will return to when in the area. The restaurant was pretty big, two stories. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Keep up the good work!"
"The whole family loved this place. Only issue I had were the onion rings. They were still doughy and had no flavor, don't get them. However, the burgers were awesome and even the kids said they wanted to come back. The fontana sauce is on another level.....amazing. Get a side of it and dip everything in it. Staff and service were great. We were seated upstairs in the round room and enjoyed the atmosphere. Great selection of draft beer and doesn't have the "unclean line" taste. Parking was easy and can't wait to come back."
