"Bought a sweatshirt and within five minutes still in the bag, tried to return it without the receipt because it wasn't given. They refused!! Never touched it after being bought. NO signs anywhere stating this policy! Stay away..."
"Very disappointed in BOTH Made in Ohio locations! I made a special trip out to Ashtabula Harbor just to go to their store on Friday and after I had verified Thursday that they would be open. They were closed so I drove all the way out to their other location on Geneva on the Lake. The clerk at that location was so drunk or stoned out of her mind she couldn't stay awake. So on Saturday I returned to the location in Ashtabula Harbor when they were supposed to be open at noon and they weren't I stood there for another 15 minutes and nothing. I tried calling number no answer. Came here because I needed to get a large quantity of t-shirts made but I guess they really don't either want or need the business so I'm taking my business elsewhere and I encourage everyone to go somewhere else as the owners of this business obviously really don't care if there's customers or not."
"NEVER EVER go to this place; Bridge Street location (or both for this matter!) Customer service is a JOKE! A friend has been royally screwed by this place on a very large order! No communication, no professionalism, excuse after excuse after excuse! They have lost at least 3 large orders of shirts from here alone (100 +) because of this! I will gladly go to Madison to have our shirts made! They said they will be there and then they aren't, they say the shirts will be ready and then ANOTHER excuse, they say they will call back and don't! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!"
