"Wow. We ordered our coffee with minimal confusion, but we proceeded to wait in line for about 40 minutes before getting to the window. We waiting in line for another 10 minutes before anyone opened the window for us to pay, and give us our coffee that was just sitting there. On top of that, the coffee was disgusting. We won’t be coming back."
"This location use to be one of my favorites and for the past year or so it's gone completely down hill. I visit a total of 5 different biggby locations within a month and this is the worst. I came through last night and my drink wasn't made correctly (as usual here lately) so I asked her to fix it. She slams the window in my face twice, has a terrible attitude and doesn't say a word to me beyond, try your drink so I know its good, then again slams the window. No have a nice day, nothing! I tip everytime I come and wasn't even upset my drink needed to be fixed. No biggie, let's fix it and move on. The attitude and behavior from the employee over fixing a drink was completely unnecessary and I can assure you I won't ever return to this location. 10 year customer."
