"Found my dream dress here but didn’t even get a call until literally 1 month before said wedding day saying that my dress is delayed for another 2 wks. Luckily we had postponed our weddings but was offered a full refund on the dress since I didn’t need anymore. (We were eloping instead) I never asked for the refund but when offered of course I accepted. Didn’t want to be pushy so I let it go after a few wks and when I finally asked about the refund was told check would go out on Friday. Needless to say I never received a refund nor did I get my dress. If we didn’t postpone wedding I would be completely without a dress bc they never called to inform me what was going on with my purchase. Horrible service in my opinion on that aspect. So no dress and no refund I wouldn’t recommend going to this business to anyone. So much for supporting local businesses"

"We loved our experience with Hannah! They were very accommodating when we needed an appointment on such short notice, they worked us in on Sunday. She is VERY knowledgeable and so helpful. Her focus was on the bride and really listened to what she wanted. Although, we weren’t lucky enough to find “the one” in her cute little store, it was by far our favorite experience dress shopping. We highly recommend this place!!"

"When our tuxes came in, no one called until the next day so we had only that day to come in and try them on so adjustments or replacements could be ordered in time. Fortunately, only my shirt needed replacing but every one else in the groom's party had multiple issues even after replacement. We were told they are due back by Wednesday. However, they are closed on Mondays, and by appointment only on Tuesdays, which leaves a window of 5 hours Wednesday, from noon-5pm, to drop off your rental or be charged an additional late fee. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful but I expect a much better experience when spending over $200 for a rental tuxedo."

"I had a terrible experience ordering a bridesmaid dress from the Bridal Gallery. I was coming from out of town (~2.5 hours), so I sent my measurements in and apparently was in between sizes (the top half of my body is a 0 and the bottom half is a 4) – and instead of doing what most bridal shops would do (i.e., err on the side of caution and order a 4) the ladies at BG ordered my dress in a size 2. The result was a dress that was just too small on the bottom. This may typically be an easier fix, but the tulle overlay had essentially no seam allowance, so I was stuck. When I first called to ask the store for help, the associate I spoke with was very nice and understood the issue. So, waiting on a call back from the owner, I tried to take it to local tailors in my city, and TWO tailors refused to touch it because they said it was just too small on the bottom and they couldn't work with the lack of material. Then, I spoke with the owner – she asked me to take it to a seamstress TWO hours away (two Saturdays in a row) to reach the closest seamstress she could find that she had confidence could fix it… please understand, initially, I was trying to go with it, even though it was NOT my mistake, because I wanted a dress for the wedding. Either way, roughly 8 hours of driving, 2 tanks of gas, and an additional $65 later, my dress was barely fixed. So, in a panic I went to a seamstress/tailor downtown that took pity on me and my desperation and literally cut material from the bottom of the dress to add gussets to the sides so that I could comfortably wear the dress – which cost roughly $165. So, when I spoke with the owner about contributing to this (because, I repeat, it was their mistake), she was INCREDIBLY rude and beyond unprofessional, and insinuated it was my fault because her girls are trained to ask which size is preferred if a customer is between sizes (which they did not do). Customer Service 101: don’t imply that or accuse the customer of lying? My husband spoke with her about my dress as well, in part because all of the men from the wedding party rented suits from her shop (and several had issues the day of the wedding with said rented suits), and she was just as snide and unprofessional with him. I will say, she contributed $15 to the initial seamstress visit (not considering the 8 hours of my life lost driving, money spent on gas, or the fact that I shouldn’t have had to have her trusted seamstress’ work fixed again). Regardless – I ended up spending roughly $500 on a bridesmaid dress, in large part to fix the BG’s mistake, only to deal with unapologetic unprofessionalism from the owner. Maybe since the shop is relatively new, she will understand that in order to run a successful business, customer service should take precedence over being right. That being said, I understand the bride was very happy with her – so, there’s that."
