"I love biggby, however when i ordered through doordash, they left the "sippy-type" (idk how else to describe the lid) lid open, instead of covering it, which meant that my dasher couldve easily tampered with my drink. That was extremely disappointing ontop of the issues i was already having with that doordash order from the dasher, himself."
"Waited 30-45 minutes for my drink because I was told I had to try biggby by locals. I ordered an apple cider…. Tasted disgusting, like apple juice but mixed with coffee and burnt sugar. I opened it to see if it was clear like apple cider (what I ordered) and this is what I got. I have absolutely no clue what it was and I specifically ordered an Apple cider because I can’t have caffeine. Great…."
