"I ordered a hot biggby best coffee with mocha and almond milk, was charged as such, and received a black coffee. I am a black coffee drinker typically but felt like getting a little chocolate in it today. I did not. the baristas working were also having conversations behind the counter about not knowing what went in certain drinks and not caring about it. this was incredibly disappointing."
"I stopped into Biggby Coffee on Christmas morning to kill some time. Erica promptly greeted me, took my order, and served me. I sat in the coffee shop for a bit and saw numerous customers come in - and Erica treated each customer in the same warm and courteous manner. Overall experience was excellent."
