"Cuyahoga Falls branch. If i could give 0 stars i would. The staff were rude and the selection of frames was extremely limited. I asked for my prescription to order my glasses somewhere else and they said "We can't give you your prescription" I had to fight with them. Its my prescription and i am entitled to it if i ask for it. Finally got it and was treated horrible. They were nasty as hell. Way to expensive also. Ive been going to Americas Best and theyve been fantastic and ive been pleased with my glasses everytime. Ill never go back"

"Everyone was professional and very helpful. I came in gear for my annual eye exam appointment and also to get contact lenses. The wait time is reasonable as well. They were patient with me while coaching me on how to wear and take out my contact lenses, and ooh my contact lenses was shipped to my doorstep which is convenient."
