"Chai Latte was good. Breakfast sandwiches were very mediocre and kind of soft and mushy. I know better, but I was driving and it was too late for McD's and Wendy's. Haven't tried their food for years, and probably won't again."
"I feel racially discriminated against because I walk in no one says hi or welcome in when they see a black man but I noticed every white person that walked in they said hi or welcome in. One employee she just looks at me didn’t smile at all and just looks away like my goodness I’m not ugly at all. They need training in racial discrimination because that’s kinda illegal in the USA. It’s sad that black folks still have to deal with this especially if you’re not racist and you love everybody NOMATTER what their color. As soon as the girl gives me my drink I say Ty and all she says is uh huh but right before she says Ty have a good day to someone she gave their food to and others before except me. It’s really sad."
"I probably go here 3-4 times a week. Order is basically the same every time. Shaken expresso VERY LIGHT ICE. This morning I ordered and the ice was touching the lid so I sent it back. They said they would fix it. The manager even came to the window. Gave it back and it looked the same but I didn’t have time to send it back again. This is the ice level 5 mins after I left. (See picture) I think this is a sign I just need to bite the bullet and buy an expresso machine because this is ridiculousness."
"It’s hard not to love Starbucks! Unfortunately, this one seems to be closed more than opened and they rarely greet/acknowledge you when walking in. The drive through line typically moves at a pretty quick pace. We often like utilizing the online app for ordering since most Starbucks are always packed and we have a large family to order for. Honestly, it’s just customer service that is missing when inside ordering or picking up. A simply hello and eye contact go a long way."
"I don't usually understand what causes them to close the cafe, but they should also understand that not everyone will have a car for the drive thru. Wish I could've been able to review their service."
