"I was looking forward to picking up some sushi rolls for take out after my workout class. I arrived at 8pm and the door said they were open until 9:05pm. When I went up to the counter, the server told me they were out of rice and couldn’t make the rolls. I don’t understand why they weren’t more prepared and made more rice in advance if they knew it was running out. The server said “sorry” and didn’t offer to take the time to make more and the Manager was in the office doing nothing to help. I mean at that point, why are the doors even open if the core product can’t be served?"
"Second time getting sushi here. Both times were great. The order was done quickly, the staff friendly and the sushi rolls amazing. Highly recommend!! I already ate some pieces before I took the photo , it comes with a huge portion of sushi and toppings"
"My pick up order was done in a timely fashion. The dining area was clean, relaxing and decorated for the holidays. The staff was friendly and greeted each new customer who entered with a smile and hello. The sushi portions were very good for the price and the taste was spot on! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because our sushi rolls were so loose they fell apart and were very messy/difficult to eat. The ends of our rolls had very little filling while the middle was so large it was impossible to eat without making a mess. Next time we are down town we will hopefully be able to try again and update our rating"
"Cool concept. Clean and comfortable dining. The food was unfortunately lackluster. Rice was undercooked and so much sauce! The sauce they put on mine was pooling in the to go box and drenched the entire roll. It made the roll collapse and was all I could taste."
"I ordered 3 rolls to go. They guy making them said to the guy at the register, that I had a salmon roll in soy paper. I stopped him , I said it’s supposed to be crunchy shrimp. He said that’s how that have to ring it up. I get all the way home and guess what? Salmon, onion, cucumber and cream cheese. I’m beyond annoyed. I tried to call the store, phone rings 3 times and it picks up then hangs up."
