"Scheduled an appointment for my baby some time last year and the receptionist was extremely ignorant and rude on the phone. She said I had to pay 50 dollars to schedule and when I asked her how much would medications cost she got really rude and snarky and said that she can't disclose that information I will just have to wait until my child is seen. I even tried having small talk with her and she was not having it. I asked her for advice about my doctor trying to shove vaccine education down my throat, and she treated me like I was dumb as dirt. She even got an attitude when I pronounced the doctor's name wrong by mistake even though she couldn't get my name right. I scheduled the appointment and even tried adding Dr. Levatin on FB because she and I shared a lot of mutual friends around the world that had similar views, also tried reaching out to her complimenting her work, she pretty much denied my request. After all she isn't obligated to add me back, since she didn't even know me. Fast Forward months later I had called the office forgetting the appointment date which was right around that time, (old phone with that information was busted) another receptionist/nurse answered, she was really pleasant and nice. When I asked her about the prices she was pretty straight forward with me. I ended up cancelling was so upset because the prices were out of my budget and the 50 dollars is non refundable and doesn't even go towards anything other than the appointment itself. Why scam people into paying for an appointment if you aren't even going to help them at all??? Very unprofessional you all need to do better."

"This was my first experience with a homeopathic pediatrician. Frankly I was so excited about the appointment to hopefully get another opinion about my sons issues and allergies. I was treated very disrespectfully and with nothing but judgement. I paid $250 for the first visit for her to tell me that because I vaccinated my child thats why he has all the issues he has. She also stated very disrespectfully that my perfume/ laundry detergent gives her a headache and next time I come back they are fragrance free! I just feel like there was a nicer way to say that. She pretty much ruined my whole experience with homeopathic services. I was not impressed. She looks a in the wrong profession especially working with children."
