"I had my yearly exam scheduled for contacts and glasses. I was called a week before my appointment and told that the doctor thought I may be a good candidate for a different brand of contact lenses and that if I could change my appointment to the week that the contact rep was there I would get 6 months of free contacts. No strings attached. I went to my appointment, was given the different brand of contacts to try (one pair), told to call back in a couple weeks to let her know if they feel good. I ordered glasses, waited 2 weeks / after the Thanksgiving Holiday and called and left a message asking to go ahead with the 6 months of contacts. No call was returned. I called again and left another message asking to check on the status of my glasses and to have my contact prescription emailed to me because I thought I was getting 6 months of free contacts, I received a vm back letting me know my glasses would be in within the next day or 2 and I would get another phone call to schedule, they did not address the contacts request to email the prescription. I replied to all the emails I received about my visit, and emailed from the website, again asking for my prescription to be emailed and that apparently I am not getting 6 months in free contacts. No emails were responded to. When I spoke to the woman that called to schedule my glasses pick up appointment she told me she would email the contact prescription to me, said it was from a third party and gave me the name, read back my email address and I never received the prescription! Checked ALL email folders and it wasn't there. Sent ANOTHER email, never got a response. Went in to pickup my glasses. Everything went great, asked for a print out of my prescription, no questions asked she printed it out for me. I am guessing the business got a kick back from the vendor for seeing me at my appointment, I changed my schedule around for you, and I was LIED to about 6 months of contacts for FREE. Then completely ignored when I just wanted my prescription for the exam I paid for over a month ago so I could take my business elsewhere. I won't be back."
