"Erin is the best! The rest of the staff are friendly and professional as well. They can get us in last minute most of the time when our son gets sick. They are a great office and care about their patients!"

"It’s a mess. My son has had three ear infections in a month. Has had three different antibiotics and nothing is working. Had to call three different times to check on a the referral. They never sent it. Got him into Dr Krebs from Mercy and she requested his medical records on the 12th and they still haven’t sent them. I called today and she claimed she couldn’t help me. So my 4 year old is suppose to stay miserable because they say they do something and they don’t? Guarantee if it was their child they would have the referral out the next day and they would be seen the next week. Here my son is going on 4 weeks and nothing because no one can follow through. I’m not sure what happened recently within the office but it has gone down hill in the past year or so."

"Iv been going here for 6 years with all three of my girls. First off they won't allow to schedule all three girls in one day even if it's different times. But let me just say they changed their systems so my children are now considered new customers again we had a appointment for tomorrow for two children well child appointment and we had it scheduled over a month I get a call today saying they can't seem them because they are considered new and they have to be pushed out a few months like all new patients which let me remind you were not new!!! So they update their systems and now I'm incovienced because of that. I said I'm not rescheduling I'm switching doctors. They don't even care 6 years and they lost my business."

"I have seen one doctor I really like, and another who seemed new and inexperienced, and cost us a lot in unnecessary testing for our new baby. My biggest problem with this office is their lack of professionalism from the office staff, I have had literally every appointment I have made rescheduled by them, most of them more than once, which causes issues in my schedule. I can't help but wonder if every patient receives this crazy runaround. There is an extreme wait time whenever I go. Sitting in the waiting room for an hour or more, everytime."
