"My son has sensory disorder and the hygienist did such a good job with him, showing him what everything does and how it works.. he was nervous laughing the whole time, and said it tickled!! LOL! He really loved it and got some stickers and we got home and he wanted to call everyone in the family and tell them about it! My 1 year old didn’t do as good BUT the team and doctor was wonderful and very Efficient! I definitely felt comfortable with everything today, the doctor was also wonderful! My daughter kept going behind the desk in the waiting area and all the front desk girls were so kind and welcoming to her (I was definitely nervous about her running around the waiting room) but the girls were all so kind and nice and interacted with her! One of the front desk girls gave her a little stuffed animal and she has held onto that all day!!! I was honestly nervous going in with it being a new place we’ve never been before! I absolutely love going to a practice that treats the kids good and is understanding of their needs and explains every step with them! My kids were definitely comfortable and that’s what I love and am happy about! Thank you to the practice for being so good to my kids and making them feel welcomed and comfortable! "My son has autism and going to the dentist is a huge challenge for us. Beavercreek Pediatric Dentistry is always patient with him and they go over and beyond to ensure he gets a thorough cleaning even though it’s a fight! I appreciate all that they do ❤️"

"I would not recommend this dentist office. I brought my two children here for a routine checkup. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed how dreadful the office was displayed. Cold white walls, large signs everywhere stating no pictures, videos, etc. The receptionist was miserable acting and questioned my son's medical history. I was allowed to go to the other side of the office with them, which was nice. The dental hygienist was kind but also seemed weary when I began to give them details of once of my child's medical history. The dentist was harsh and pushy about a sedated procedure that should take place. While I understood her side of things, any sedated procedure isn't something to take lightly for a child with a complex history. We unwillingly returned a week later for a SDF procedure. The receptionist again was miserable and wanted to know why I didn't have "permission slips" from my child's doctors about receiving dental procedures. We chose to try this practice as it's one of the few in the Dayton area who takes United Concordia. However, we will be changing practices asap. This facility really needs a lot of TLC, a change in front-desk staff and more."

"So clean and all the ladies were so sweet. They made my baby comfortable and explained wheat they were doing every step of the way. No wonder they book out so far!"

"The two stars reflect how unfriendly the front desk staff are, at least the one I spoke to. She was rude and seemed to have an attitude because I had not confirmed an appointment that I received confirmation for. I received a cancellation message and then the next day a confirmation message, which is why I still brought them. She made it as if this is not part of her job to handle these types of instances. Then when I asked if it were best to reschedule, she responded with an unfriendly tone saying “unless you didn’t want them to be seen”. The intent of scheduling is to be seen, so of course that is the expectation when arriving for an appointment. I proceeded to ask what time, since I had to return to work, and she rudely says “now” and made it appear that she fit us in for an appointment we were scheduled for. Outside of that interaction, the dentist and dental assistants were very welcoming, polite, and patient with my children. This was their first appointment and they had a great visit! I give them 5 stars. Thank you to Sarah, Dr. Amy, and the other assistants, whose names I cannot recall, who cared for my kids today!"
