"Should’ve filed a lawsuit. both of my children went to this dentist for approximately over 16 years since they were both three years old. Was seen every 6 months and never missed an appointment. If the appointment was missed it was always rescheduled. One child did have a cavity when they were around 8yrs old. Other than that….was always told both of their teeth were fine. However, once I decided to have them seen by a family dentist who sees adults as well. I was informed that both of them had at least 14-16 cavities!!!! How could this be possible when they were both just seen 6 months ago at Dr. Demoss’ dental office with no issues or concerns brought up!!"

"This Dental office was patient and very helpful. My stupid Husband gave me an old Dental insurance card and it was time for service the nice lady up front told me. So after calling my Husband job and the lady up front making calls also we found the kids current Dental provider. Very helpful and patient and really nice."

"LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. DeMoss and am so thankful for her. My 4yr old son had a pulpotomy & cap in 1 visit then a huge cavity drilled/filled in another. I wanted to try with no gas, only numbing both times and she was perfectly fine to try that. She and Angie(I think was the assistant both times) were so patient and beyond sweet with my son. Dr. Demoss reminded me of a sweet grandma and my son Loved both her and Angie. She was so fast and wonderful with the pulpotomy and filling, we had zero issues during or after. My son left both times laughing and grinning ear to ear and always asks to go back for fun. Another pedi dentist we saw first, said he had to be put to sleep for the pulpotomy and would have only done the filling with gas, they also refused to see him without doing x-rays even though both his teeth issues were very obvious(they added tons of extra things to the visit and it felt more like a sales pitch). Dr DeMoss didn't make me do x-rays, she knew his issues from visually examining. About 6 years ago I took my other son to her at age 3, 1 visit he needed a tooth pulled, another visit he needed a huge cavity drilled/filled and a cap. Again, I wanted to try with no gas, just numbing and she was perfectly fine with that. She was sweet, kind and gentle, my son did great and also loved his visit. She's now an hour away but she's the only place I'll ever take my kids. I don't understand the negative reviews, we've seen at least 9 different dentists over the years with my 4 kids and Dr. DeMoss is by far our best experience. Also, clean, receptionists are always kind too."

A few years back our local dentist wanted to put my child to sleep for a filling so I found this dentist and I’m so happy to have! My daughter is no longer afraid of dental visits and the office is always clean and professional to our family, having peace of mind makes it worth the long drive to this office!"

"My daughter was referred here from our regular dentist for a specific treatment. We weren't able to be scheduled until 6 weeks out for the procedure. The morning of her scheduled procedure the office called and cancelled her appointment and then said they couldn't get her in for another 6 weeks! A cancelled appointment was not made priority in rescheduling and we now would be 12 weeks out from the original scheduling date. Absolutely ridicuous!"
