"Went for a just a cleaning. they ended up taking x-rays and telling me what was “wrong” (6 cavities) without cleaning any teeth. took me to the office to try to pressure me into signing a financial plan, even though they should’ve been in network with my insurance. Skeptical I ended up going to a better office that would accept my insurance, they also took x-rays and cleaned teeth. The dentist and assistant there said they couldn’t find any sign cavities. Zero stars and disappointed"

"Was pressured to pay for everything up front then they waste my time and schedule appointments on days they are considered closed because the dont have proper staff at this location. So now I've been sitting in front of the store for almost an hour. They attempted to fix this and scheduled the next appointment for it to be closed again and photo of the front door. It look almost like they can't keep staffing or are going out of business.... this caused my loan that I got to do my dental work to time out and now I ding my credit to get a new one or deal with them not showing up. Either way I will push for our billion dollar organization to get a better service"

"It was was my families first visit to Aspen and there was no explanation of how the appointments would go. I was not aware we would be having a consultation and then have to come back just to get our teeth cleaned. Better communication is something this office needs to work on. I sat in my chair with a bib on for about 15 minutes until the check out person came and asked if I was coming up to check out. No one said that I was done and could go check out. I’ve never had a dentist appointment like this. The person at check out could also use some tips on friendliness and customer service. I get it you don’t want to be there but a little friendliness with patients will make their day a little bit better and this is coming from someone who works in healthcare."

"They got me in quickly for a dental emergency. The 800 # made my appointment time in a slot the bowling green office didn't have open. I was in so much pain and needed to be seen. The office manager at the front desk, (I didn't get his name but I wish I would have) he was so kind, understanding, and got me in the next morning...He also helped me figure out the best way possible to get all the needed work done at a VERY affordable price that my insurance didn't cover. The dentist was super nice as well, professional and also made me feel comfortable about having not been to a dentist in a while. I would recommend them to anyone looking for emergency dental services, and for regular visits as well. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future !!"

"From the moment I walked in Aspen Dental for my appointment today I was treated with respect and understanding, by that I mean, I explain to them that I had real bad anxiety and the lady that was taking my x-rays calmed me down. I started to be able to relax, and from there on the whole time I was there I was relaxed and handled with respect to me having anxiety understanding I just had a very pleasant visit. From the initial x-rays to going in and back and being explained about my teeth and my gums to the intake worker that help me fill out my forms to the dentist that came and explain what he was gonna do. It was a very pleasing visit."
