"I have not taken my dog here before and was considering, but not now. As I write this post I am watching how rough the groomer is with the dog I am watching her groom Goodness gracious, that poor dog has got to be in pain. I can tell it is panting hard. There is no gentleness to her brushing the poor dog. She is really rough. I read a post where someone said they saw her smack a dog. Good thing she doesn't smack this one or I would be right through that window. My dog could not handle how rough she is so I think I will skip this place. GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!"
"I'm a dog owner. I happened to be parked in front of their shop and I saw a groomer get nasty and slap the dog she was working. I went up to the window and asked her and I told her I would make sure she loses her licence...if she does that in a front window for people to see..what is she doing when you can't see her ....totally unacceptable......"
