"The younger blond cashier is extremely rude. Walked in while other costumers were still inside and was met with “ you have 1 minute, I’ll let it slide but we close at 11” but I come by all the time after work around 10:45 and the lights are off and they’re closed. Horrible way to talk to customers and if you close at 11. Door should be unlocked till 11!!!"

"I play the Ohio Lottery every week at this store. At 2pm I presented a $100 winner to the young clerk. He explained , that they are allowed to keep no more than $100 on hand, and could not cash it. I find that a bad business practice, and wonder how the lottery commission would respond. I cashed it at another retailer. Secondly, Saturday (1/16/21) I tried to play $20 on the Power Ball, and $20 on Mega Millions, for the next draws. I was met with "We are out of Paper." ?? Bad ordering? Two days later, I attempted the same purchase. Still out of paper. I suggested he go next door to the drive thru and borrow a roll. He explained that each retailer, had to use rolls that are specific to that particular retailer. ??? Considering those two games were offering over 1 Billion dollars in combined prizes, that store lost a lot of sales."

"Service is decent when its actually open. Hours say 5am-11pm but i pull in at 5:30 to locked doors and the papers still outside."

"If you state you close at midnight then you should leave the door unlocked till midnight. After I tried to enter and noticed the door was locked 2 other cars pulled in and people tried to enter the store. If you are actually open til midnight, you may want or reevaluate your closer. They lost you business! I’m sure this wasn’t a fluke, you have probably lost a lot of business. I pulled in and tried the door at 11:51 pm on 08/05/19. Check your surveillance."
