"This location in Ravenna is very clean, and food is always fresh. They run out of ingredients frequently. Hopefully, they will improve the supply chain. But food is fresher than other locations, in my opinion."

"When this store first opened, I never once had an issue and loved having it in my neighborhood. 5 stars at the time. But unfortunately, the last 3 times I’ve went there I didn’t even order anything. Each time I really wanted Chipotle, because I haven’t had it in a while, still. They always seem to be “out of multiple ingredients for the day because they were busy.” From white rice to shredded cheese as examples, along with a 20+ minute wait for meat every time lately, it’s enough to just go some where else. They lacked more than 2 things I wanted each time, along with a wait for meat. I wanted chipotle, but they didn’t want my money I guess. Guess they should get someone who orders enough ingredients if they want our money? I’m not going to buy a car that doesn’t have an engine or wheels. Why on earth would I order and pay for food if it isn’t multiple things I want in my bowl or burrito? I’ll try again, but if half the menu isn’t an option next time I’ll be traveling to a different chipotle, less often because it’s farther away."

"The food is always good however details in an order like double wrapping something are put in the instructions for a reason. Also people don’t enjoy their food. Leaking through a paper bag could be a big mess and not fun clean up in their car transporting it to their location and this is why double wrapping or adding a little extra tinfoil to some thing is important preparers of the food. Please start keeping that in mind."

"The portions are hilariously inconsistent. Your experience will vary based on whoever assembled your meal. Sometimes, you walk out with more food than you could reasonably eat, and other times you feel like you just got robbed. Attached is a picture of almost the same order made by two different employees."
