All boxes check out for evening dine-in. Definitely a cut above the Chipotlane circus."
"I ordered 27 entrees for a class of 7th graders, and I am so pleased with the service and accuracy! With 27 different orders, everything was perfect, and staff was beyond helpful through the process. My order was packed and ready to go promptly at pickup time and a staff member helped carry it to my car. I have a class of very happy students thanks to this Chipotle location! Everything was amazing!"
"Up Date I had a catering order that I did online days before. It was supposed to be ready at 11:45 for pick up. I’m still sitting here waiting at 12:30 PM. When I asked a gentleman that works here if he knew how much longer it would be, he angrily said I don’t know. In addition, the last couple times I came here the rice was dry and not very tasty. This particular location is really going downhill. They never even took down all the chairs in the lobby. There’s nothing worse than ordering your meal online. Paying someone to pick it up for you and deliver it to you only to open it up. Take a bite and find out it’s completely not what you ordered. Beyond irritating. I ordered Brown rice, black beans, sofrito (soy), cheese, sour cream, & lettuce. What I got was pork, guacamole, and peppers. Grrrr it was ordered online, so it was all written out easy to follow directions. The person that picked it up said they had a full crew there more people working than she had ever seen before. So they definitely were not understaffed. I had to pay a person to pick up the correct order and when I got that order, the burrito was half the size the original one was and half the size of what I normally get."
