"Our family was also dropped with no explanation or warning. We were never late and always paid all our bills on time. I only found out because my daughter was in the hospital and I was calling to make sure her doctor could prescribe her new medications. When I called the new Ohio Health doctors offices they said they are getting inundated with calls from patients of this office that are being dropped for no reason."

"Well after being patients there for years and years, we were shocked to have received papers in the mail saying he was no longer going to be our physician...it had no reasoning. We never were late, never missed appointments, it wasn't any insurance issue, heck we had even overpaid our bill's. Pretty healthy people if you ask me. Here recently I had called and asked for some specific labs to be ordered, that's it!!! After days of calling and waiting on hold forever to find out why, I was told Dr.Davis, who we never once saw in all the years there, thought we would be better off with a different physician?! What the heck. Unprofessional if you ask me."

"The only reason I'm even giving a star vs none is because atleast one is required. I made an appointment here and the receptionist on the phone had a bad attitude which threw me off from the beginning. Walking in to the office, the people in there working were like sticks in the mud, super unfriendly and didn't bother smiling once. Now mind you, I went in here sick as ever not knowing what was going on with me and I wanted answers obviously. I wasn't looking for handouts. I ended up seeing one of Dr. Davis nurses I believe, named Rachel who honestly had no idea what she was doing. She checked my chest to see if my lungs were okay and if I was wheezy, she said no. She checked my ears, she said those weere absolutely fine. She checked my tonsils and said they were huge. And then ran a dual test for strep. One for there and one to send out to lab. It comes back negative and she offers no other help or tests for anything else. No meds, nothing. I expressed my huge concern with being dizzy at my job because of this illness and they are not lenient on my days off unless I have 3 excused absences in a row. I work in a fast pace environment and cannot just take a minute to collect myself from a dizzy spell. I ran a risk of passing oujt online which is bad. I was in tears after they wouldn't listen to me. She sent me out the door with no answers, and nothing in hand. Just to rest and drink fluids. Okay, I can totally do that with my job line. I was so upset and felt like I was treated unfairly and wasted a trip to the doctor that I could've saved on my insurance as yes I do pay for it. I ended up after a few hours of consideration going to urgent care for a second opinion to be treated with the utmost respect. They went over everything they did there and found my ears to be FILLED with fluid, my chest was wheezy a bit and I was running a 101 temp. I felt like I was being listened to and taken seriously. She looked at my tonsils and yes they were inflamed but they didn't look like strep. She diagnosed me with the flu and gave me scripts for it and the necessary time off of work with no questions asked. I recommend the urgent care out by chipotle anyway over this weak "doctor" office. I will never return there again."

"Horrible staff and Dr Davis cares more about your insurance than patients care. He was the best Dr until we had to switch to state insurance, then we were told we were scamming the insurance company and that we were taking advantage of the system. After 10 years we were let go because we were no longer able to afford health care. He is a hypocrite and one day it will come back to haunt him."
