She overwhelmed her with appointments and tests and then when my mom needed the most help after her husband died she said she would no longer take her, because she did not fulfill all of the impossible appointments she required. If I could give this doctor a zero, I would."

"Dr Mikhail is very professional, personable and compassionate. She is organized and thorough with her questions and examination. Her staff are very pleasant and efficient. Rarely wait for 10-20 mins in waiting room. I’m sure she is taking care of someone that needs attention if it’s a long wait. Would highly recommend her."

"I moved to the area in 2021 & was bound to another provider for insurance reasons. This July I was able to choose a provider closer to home and chose a PCP from a system other than UH. As a nurse, there were several issues that occurred in a short period of time that created a lack of trust and confidence. I decided then to make the move to UH. I selected Dr Mikhail. Three days before my appt her nurse called to cancel, without explanation. She noted I had a future appointment scheduled with the previous doctor. I explained I had forgotten to cancel it, but would do so right away. She asked some standard questions and said Dr Mikhail would be contacting the PCP I had prior to my relocation to see if I was “a good fit.” It's been two weeks without word. It was difficult to find a UH doctor within an hours' drive that was accepting new patients, however in light of what’s happened, I no longer want Dr Mikhail as a physician. I am sure I’ll find a more professional, considerate doctor."

"This is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. She’s incompetent, she lies to get you to come into the office (says she isn’t “allowed” to give a refill unless she see’s you once a month), then she turns around and won’t see you if you don’t pay off any outstanding balances you may have. Prescribed antibiotics to my mom even though her urinalysis was negative for infection but told her she had a “horrible uti.” Urine culture was negative so she blatantly lied and unnecessarily put my mom on antibiotics. I also heard her bad mouthing one patient to another while I was in an exam room because the walls are paper thin. She told this lady all about the previous patients problems and spent a good 5 minutes talking about the patient with this other lady after the person had long been gone.. I will be reporting this to the hospital because I was disgusted to hear how she complained about this other patient and saying they had so many problems listing off their medical conditions and said “they’re a total mess”. Trying to blame the previous patient for her 2 hour wait time. Disgusting doctor. Stay away from this practice."

"I've had Dr. Mikhail as my primary doctor for almost 16 years now. Absolutely love her wait times are a bit longer then average sometimes but, that's because she does take time with her patients to listen to them as much as she can, to provide the best care. I would recommend her to anyone she's the best and truly cares."
