"This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. The customer service was terrible and the food was worse. I’ll start with the employees. Very unprofessional! I stood in that line and watched a young male fix someone’s bowl and in the middle of fixing the bowls, he’s wiping the counter, knocking food from the counter into the food bins when she wasn’t even done placing her order. Then I’m waiting, thinking it’s my turn and he stares at me, walks away without saying a word, comes back stares at me more without saying anything and I’m still waiting to even get my bowl fixed. Then he proceeds to tell his coworker, “I’m leaving in 30min.” Then a girl comes up to make my bowl. I get checked out the girl at the register has no manners, doesn’t even speak. As for the food quality. TERRIBLE! The rice was hard as rocks. Just an overall terrible experience."
"The staff was slow and we couldn't even understand one employee (who had hair covering his entire face). We got takeout and when we arrived home with our food, there was a long black hair inside the container of tacos and the corn was literally frozen. Will not go back."
