"CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK / NOT RESPONSIVE I just read another review and I can't believe what happened to me has also happened to other people. I guess this is becoming a theme now... When I decided to contact this company, I did so assuming the Centerville location was still opened because that's what their website said, and still does! But that is not true. On 08/17/20, I spoke to the owner over the phone regarding my two dogs, and discussed the type of training I was looking for. I made a payment of $150 through PayPal for one of the dogs, and agreed to pay for the other dog once an opening became available. When I showed up for the first training session on 08/21/20 AT THE CENTERVILLE LOCATION, of course I was completely confused because the building is completely empty! I called the owner, and she then advised that they had to close the location due to COVID and they had not updated that on their website yet. One of the main reasons I contacted this business was because of their Centerville location. Despite the Beavercreek location being much further away than I would have liked, I still decided to proceed with the training services. Which is why I agreed to re-schedule the first training session to 08/28/20 at the Beavercreek location. I arrived at the Beavercreek location for the first training session. We spent 1.5 hours talking about training techniques. During this session, we also agreed to start training my other dog the following week. Because my other dog required a special type of training that would cost $295.62, she offered to not charge me for the first training session, and instead, start both dog’s training session on September 5th. I made the payment in the office, which brings the total now to $445.62. On September 5th, I called the owner two times to confirm the time we were meeting at and left a voicemail. 30 minutes before the training session was supposed to start and I was walking out of my house, the owner texted me to let me know training had been cancelled due to the holiday weekend. Seriously!! The owner also mentioned that they were having to move from the Beavercreek location because they had denied the daycare services there we would be meeting at a local park the following week. Through our text conversation, I expressed my concerned about meeting at a park with two dogs that you were not familiar with, especially since one of them was very skittish and had tendencies of running away. I also expressed my concerns of where this park was located because I did not want to be driving any further out than what I was already planning on doing so. During this same conversation, I asked the owner to confirm what time we would be meeting the following week and at which park. I did not receive a response to these questions. On 09/11/20, I texted the owner again to confirm what time we would be meeting the following day and at what park. The owner responded back the same day at 10:52PM letting me know she had a sore throat and “we’ll see how I feel tomorrow”. The following day, I again texted her to see if we were meeting, and she responded that she did not feel well and were staying home looking for new locations. Because it had been a month since I first contacted this company regarding training for my dogs and up until that point I still had not had worked on improving my dogs’ behavior, and not knowing where and if this new location was going to be, I let the owner know I was going to be looking for other training services and to please let me know what I have to do to get my refund. She texted back saying “that’s fine if you want to go that route”. I have called the owner several times and finally last week she answered. She told me that she had already issued me the refund and was going to send me a screen shot, which if course she did not. To this day, I call her and it goes straight to voicemail which only makes be believe that she has my number being forwarded to voicemail. I guess the next steps is to get third parties involved and try to get my refund."

"FRIENDLY UNTIL SHE ISN’T My girlfriend and I booked with Angie. She was was friendly in the beginning but pretty difficult to deal with. She asked for the full payment up front which no other facilities do (we discovered later) but she seemed nice so we trusted her. We set a noon appointment and when the day came we called all morning and she didn’t answer her phone until less than an hour before we had scheduled. When she answered, she didn’t even know what time we had scheduled which was the final, of many other, small red flags for us. We decided to cancel and ask for a refund. This is where things really became difficult and much more apparent that she is unprofessional. She said we could have a refund. First it was 7-10 days to process a refund. Then, in the same conversation, it became 10-14 days. SPOILER ALERT! She never processed a return because we called PayPal and asked. As weeks and weeks passed, we had to call from 5 different numbers because she would ignore calls from the numbers she recognized. After battling with her for over a month, we finally won a claim from PayPal to get our money back. Maybe she is capable of good work. We never saw it but maybe. She does have some positive reviews. But if you are not giving her money or reminding her of what she scheduled, then you will be avoided at all costs. We were ignored, laughed at and hung up on. One of her locations has gone under. I can’t believe this one hasn’t yet.."

"Not sure what happened to my original post, but I was not going to waste my time dealing with this place. But since someone else stuck their nose in it let me begin. I am glad you have a good experience and, are not sure if you use the Centerville facility. It is a block building with nothing in it. Unlike the photos of the one you probably use. Plus we applaud your use of other treats other than milk bone. We are really not sure what your relationship is with her, but next time you see her ask for the texts and pictures she sent with our response dated before today if she decides to send those 10 days later. Also, asked why she felt it necessary to continually apologize for forgetting to send the picture. Even forgetting upon hanging up to send it. To be honest neither my wife nor the owner should respond. Neither were there for drop off and the owner was there for pickup in front of a wall with a dog continuously barking in a kennel. It would have been nice to know at time of booking that the only time she would have contact with the facility is through the phone. She is also correct in stating he was in a big room. The room was closed with no window, and a young looking girl had to ask for permission to let him out. Once he did, he did not play he immediately continued to run around the room looking for water. But, instead of getting upset, I just continued to listen to what I needed to do and how great she was. Once the rambling stopped. I asked where his toys and bed were. She said I wasn’t here for drop off, so what do they look like. That is when I went into the big room with a kennel full of urine and a completely soaked bed of urine we brought which I was asked if I wanted to take it home and wash it. I grabbed our things with the 4 pills that we left and said thanks and left. So, I am glad you had a great experience. But, when I read the lies and your little response, I would ask. If you walked into the above would you be happy. When we got home he had to drink 2 gallons of water. I am moving on, and could care less of the response you decide to have. So, hope everyone has good day, I need to give my dog a milk bone. We never toured your facility beforehand, and you have never met my wife. Trusting you through email, phone calls, and website is where I failed as a dog owner. This was the first and last time."

"We took our dog there for boarding for 4 days and called and checked on him often as he had never been boarded before. The lady we spoke with each time was very helpful but she was not on the premises as she was traveling for a dog show. We paid extra for mini training sessions as he is a Barker. However we do not believe he was worked with at all because he is a little fearful. When he was picked up on monday he was totally not our normal energetic playful doodle. He was very dehydrated and took us 2 full days of constant water drinking and eating to get him back to having any energy at all. As my husband picked him up he noticed every water bowl that our dog went to for water was empty. He took him straight to speedway and went in and got him a big bottle of water and he drank the entire thing immediately. Not sure who these trainers were that were supposed to be at the facility with the animals over the weekend but he was basically kept in a kennel which we were told he would just have his own room, not told he would be in a room and inside a kennel in that room the entire stay. Was told that he could roam around and that was the only reason we picked that facility to begin with as our dog is not ever crated. When we got him home for the first 2 days we could not even get him to go out in our fenced in backyard without one of us with him. Not sure what happened there but would not recommend nor will I ever take him to any boarding facility again. I cannot speak on the actual training facility but do know that the boarding facility was definitely not what we were told it would be like. We took him a huge bone that he could have when he got bored but it was still in the wrapper when we picked him up. Took his prednisone that he was on for his ear infection and wrote on the bag that the pill bottle was in that he needed 1 pill on saturday but of course all the pills he went there with were all still there when we got him back. We took enough bedtime milk bones for him to have 1 each night but most were still in the bag as well. Not sure if all of this happened due to the fact the owner was not on premises but that was definitely the first and last visit."

"I couldn't say enough good thing's about these trainer's. We had several issue's inside & outside the home with our dog & they addressed each of them even letting us come back to work on one again. We still stop by to say hi!"
