"So I walked in and couldn't find what I wanted I asked a younger lady (short hair a lot of makeup) there if they had it and went to show her the picture and without even looking at the photo she goes "if it's not on the shelf we don't have it." Ok...well I keep looking down that aisle up and down the shelves while she continues to passively aggressively stock around me. Eventually I migrate somewhere else and come across this older lady with long black hair. (Only giving descriptions because I don't know there names.) She looks at the photo and says "oh yeah, that's over here now" If I would've ran into her first, this review would be 5 stars. If I only ran into the younger lady it would be 1 star. I guess you're only as strong as your weakest link."
"Took older deaf dog there. He came out looking and smelling good and seemed pretty happy. I didn't get to talk with the groomer though to see how he did because they were busy at registers so she stood there quite some time waiting for us to pay and there was alot of traffic"
"I'm am extremely upset! I took my dog here to get grromed and he has not been right ever since! He threw up as soon as he got him like if they gave him some bad food or treats, or left him in a dirty kennel, His paws are raw with razor burns, somethings wrong with his bum so I have to take him to the vet tomorrow. I would have taken him sooner but it's a holiday weekend. My poor pup has not been right since I picked him up. I will be calling tomorrow to complain. I will say Bella was extremely nice.. I don't think they clean there razors after each shve or something. Oh yeah, the price they gave me over the phone did not match the prices I paid. I will not return. I love my dog to much to take him to a place like this ever again!"
