"Last 2 trips here in the evening was horrible. Later staff is horrible. Uncooked rice. Horrible customer service. Different price every time after we order the exact same thing. This location is HORRIBLE ordering in the evening."
"Each time I order from the Garfield heights location, it is wrong, the chicken is always fatty and chewy, and just overall ruins the taste. Maybe quality at certain locations is different, because I do not have these troubles near my home."
"Got to this location they had no rice. Said it would be 20 minutes. Waited for 40. Got to the counter. The girl put barely any rice in my bowl, I asked for more she says it's gonna be a $1.50 extra. Pissed is an under statement. These places wanna keep upping prices and scrounging on food. This was one of the only locations I actually go too, but they're becoming trash also. Wouldn't recommend. Checked my receipt, they charged me 1.55 for a side, but it still wasn't even alot of rice.... AND ITS NOT EVEN COOK ALL THE WAY."
"This girl had the nerve to charge me extra to want a full thong of fajita peppers when I have a veggie bowl. I get it you don't like vegetables so you think that a very small amount will do. I have not partaken in any part of the bowl, but yet you can see the hole on the left side. Yet, I got charged extra. This doesn't always happen here there were two young ladies who seemed relatively new."
