RC Grooming 7908 Cincinnati Dayton Road, West Chester, OH 45069

"I brought my Persian in and my Yorkie ( first hair cut) she contacts me an hour later saying they are done. My cat still has fur all underneath no paws done and she tells me to bring him back Monday to finish. Then my yorkie paws are not done his haircut is chopped everywhere. I asked her not to cut the top of his head and that’s the one place she really cut. She told me she was only charging me 1/2 $125 so if she were to actually groom them it would have been $250.00. I have never had a groomer groom two animals in an hour. I let her know I was unhappy. She said it’s a new puppy cup and chi chi was upset. She did this same to me last time with my cat and charged me like $140..she did have some matting. Then I had gotten my Yorkie a new Buddy belt and they are mot cheap she took it off and it wasn’t in his things so I had to call and go back, she then put it on the door. Rachel is very kind and I like her, but this is a not ok and I am dissatisfied. I don’t have time to bring them back, for her to still not cut them correctly. The one picture with the Octopus is my Yorkie before he was groomed he was so cute."

"I have a MaineCoon Apollo, and he has been to the groomers before but none of them felt like the right fit until today. RC Grooming took such good care of my skittish baby. They knew exactly what to do to care for him. When I picked him up he was happy and loving on the groomers. We will definitely be back! If you are looking for someone to care for your fur babies as if they are their own then look no farther."

"I took my 4 month-old puppy to Rachel today and she did a wonderful job! I was obviously a little nervous about him being at the groomer for the first time, but after meeting Rachel, I felt at ease. My pup really likes her and you can tell she has a deep love for animals and their well-being. Furthermore, my pup looks amazing! I am surprised that she was able to get as much accomplished with him as she did today. She went at the pace that was comfortable for my pup rather than sticking to a ridged plan. That was nice. She will work with you to customize the grooming plan based on your dog’s comfort level and needs. She will not push your pup past their limit, which would otherwise reinforce to your dog that going to the groomer is a negative experience. After today, I realize how important it is that my pup will have the same groomer every time, someone he can trust. Whereas at some of the other businesses, you often don’t get to pick who grooms your dog. Also you can’t come close to her prices at other groomers. Thanks so much Rachel! "New dog mom and took my 2 year old Shiba Inu to get groomed by Rachel. She was patient, kind, and understanding to my girl who was rather nervous and very afraid of water. Despite my Shiba's anxiety with the nail trimmers and bath tub, there was no Shiba scream or crying which really shows how careful and comforting Rachel is with pets."
