"I made an appointment for a specific counselor because I felt connected about them I wanted a new counselor BC I been struggling to find a good match. I went to my 1st appointment never got greeted and stood there for a good 10 mins until someone came out. Poor customer service for sure the young kid didn't seem like he cared or knew what he was doing. I waited and waited. To come found out my appointment was apparently moved to a different date and time and PERSON. I never once got a text or phone call of the change. And to show up and wait around to be turned away was extremely unprofessional!"

"I know everyone else seems to love this place, so I picked WCW when looking for a new counseling center for my son. Started with the intake phone call to get things rolling. Spent 20 minutes over the phone answering their questions. Filled out the online forms. They called me back because they lost the information from the intake phone call. Not a huge deal, things happen. So we went through it all again. My son had his first appointment on April 12, seemed like a good place and we made the second appointment. The counselor suggested April 29th at 9am. Ok, I'll rearrange my work schedule because that was the only day that would work since she was pretty booked. We get there and they don't have my son scheduled. The counselor kept saying she didn't know what happened. Ok, that's twice now that their "systems" went wonky and/or someone screwed up. Not a good sign when just starting. I hope others have a better time then we did. Response to Mr. Maroon, If my son was getting the help he needs, I wouldn't have given a 1 star review."
"I absolutely love Rick. It can be really hard to find the right therapist. He really listens and is good at identifying issues that your not seeing. You can't fix your issues if you not clear on what they are and why there happening. Rick has helped me so much. I've been seeing him for over 3yrs so far. I have improved myself and still am thanks to him."
