"3stars is super generous. Unfortunately clients are denied the services they desperately need because of cancellations from the providers staff and case managers therapists and doctors. It's been over 3weeks I have been without necessary mental health medication Rosa is super condescending and treats her clients rudely and totally disposable when their medical negligence is addressed they simply tell you you have a right to chose a different provider they're uneducated in deesculation communication and treat their stellar hard working employees worse than their clients Gayle Jennifer and Samantha Charlie and mellissa are truly caring people but Rosa the doctor and their therapists are only there for monitory gain and that's the issue you are also completely understaffed some of us can't afford a mental health crisis or relapse and there is no next time we have children too and next time we will die respectfully find another profession not working with the public or anyone at any age in the medical field sincerely a past state tested nurse with hospice experience"
