"Horrible agency to work with! Therapy is a joke when the P.T. states they don't work with client getting in and out car. O.T. never helped client with showers. I work home care myself and would encourage the client to having the help family has brought in , instead whisper to client while private staff is there. It's called teamwork to keep clients safe at home."
"The agency is horrible. I have been in healthcare for many years. Staff are not cooperative with the patient's family. It's impossible to get returned phone calls from them. The staff is rude to the patient's family. I would "NEVER" recommend this place to anyone."
