"By far the worst customer experience of any chipotle. Management extremely rude and unaccommadating. Seriously, go to a different chipotle. They will mess up, charge you for a meal, not give you the food, and then make you jump through about 30 minutes of customer service hoops to get a refund. Buyer beware."
"If you plan on coming here do so at least 2 hours before they close! Otherwise they will be out of almost everything and still ask you what you want to order. How can you ask what I want to order when you have no rice or meats? I don't know anyone who comes to chipotle for a bean bowl. I'll definitely never bother coming back to this location. Glad I didn't do a mobile order or I would have to wait to get my money back."
"I can probably count the number of correct orders I have received on one hand. If you order in line, there’s no problem, but I can almost guarantee that if you pick up a mobile order or have it delivered it will be wrong or flat out be missing an entire entree. When you try to call, you’re prompted to message an automatic bot that’s worthless and when I requested a live person they apologized and said they would refund the missing item then turned off the reply option so that I couldn’t request anything else. My husband picked up an order that was sealed so by the time he brought it home, my daughter was the only one without her meal. I felt a refund for the entree was a little lackluster considering the inconvenience of either having to place another order to pick up, drive back out and home, or pay for delivery that wasn’t covered by the cost of the refund. Love chipotle, but won’t return to the Perimeter location."
"There was no one in line when we arrived so we ordered quickly, the twoworkers seemed annoyed that we interrupted their conversation. My burrito was made very sloppy and ripped. But it was good and my son enjoyed his kids build your own. The place was a little messy"
"Place is almost always bad. My latest bowl had more liquid in it than meat. I ordered extra on a lot of items and that simply wasn’t how they made it. Delivery times are always wrong and food is always cold."
