"I made an appointment and when I called to confirm I got no answer and also no call back after I left a message. I waited for an email reminder of the appointment as well and did not receive. Also not very polite on the phone."
"Communication here is not easy. The counselor was nice but lost my file and seemed disorganized. She could be helpful and encouraging sometimes and other times she just talked about herself, her opinions and before I knew it, the sessions were over. I never knew how much my fee was because I never received a bill until I stopped going! I would recommend trying somewhere else."
