"I had arrived to my stay at Baymont and was faced with a room full of stains, sticky counters, and hair in the bed. I went to the front desk and was printed a receipt for a refund--one that never came. I called multiple times and was told that they'd reach out when a manager showed up, which also never happened."

"The front desk required paperwork and certification for our service dog in direct violation of federal law. Without that they were going to charge $150 a night. They are allowed to ask two questions according to the ADA 1) is this a trained service animal 2) what service does it provide. They cannot ask about disabilities or certification for the dog"

"This hotel is a great value. It is very clean and the staff are very nice! They have a strict no smoking policy and unlike a lot of places, it is enforced. The hotel room smelled fresh and clean. The breakfast provided was perfect for me. There was fruit, yogurt, milk and breakfast cereal, bagels and toast, muffins, and a coffee/tea bar. They also had a homemade waffle station that you did yourself. It made the whole area smell delicious. I really liked the lobby dining area. It was cozy but modern with a fireplace and television. Also, I drink a lot of coffee and it was available in the lobby 24/7. I will be staying with them again when I return in April for the solar eclipse."

"The room was fine, not the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Mold in the fridge, hair is the shower. Overnight was terrible- rowdy kids, 17ish years old, were in a room a couple doors down. Making so much noise all night in the halls. Finally the police got involved around 330am. Then car alarms started going off. The people working at the hotel were nice."
