"We usually like this place a lot but this last trip was a mess. There was only one person working and when we got to our film, the screen ratio was off, only playing on half the screen. We tried multiple times to inform the worker but the "Back in 5 mins" sign was put out and no one returned. We ended up watching the entire movie with it half cut off because we couldn't find a person to fix it or give us a refund. Really disappointed."
"It's fine besides the fact it's in portsmouth and more often then not there are the dumbest most obnoxious people that just talk loudly the whole time and telling an employee does nothing."
"WAY TOO LOUD !!!! Went to see Killers of Flower Moon. Half Drowned out by a Taylor Swift Movie in another theatre which was So loud you could hear the lyrics, and the Booming Bass competing with the movie. staff could do nothing. Previews are deafening, Possibly hearing damage level. A bad experience and a waste. Terrible! Owners apparently unaware of operations."

"Never will i enter this disgusting building EVER again. When i first entered the building i was IGNORED and was not greeted whatsoever. Service was bad. I was very hurt by the things that was already happening to me before I even bought my ticket. After i bought my ticket for Scream 6 they asked for ID AFTER, i bought my 9 dollar ticket. What!!!! They asked me to leave after i told them i did not have a ID present. They made me leave and i was very embarrassed! Never enter this building! They Scam and Rip you off! What kind of Theater is this?? Visit Wheelersburg Theater! much better service and nicer workers!"
