"Got a non smoking room that smelled like old cigarettes was told breakfast was at 6 am and it even says it on the board but there wasn’t any also no coffee but there was a coffee pot with no coffee to even make. The bathroom floor was dirty. And there isn’t someone in the office after a certain time."

"Awful experience ,room was disgusting . Hair in the sink, all over the floors, half empty shampoo bottles in bathroom, no toilet paper or towels, burn marks on sheets. Went to front desk to ask for new room was offered $5 off and he was very rude and angry. Following morning me and my child go up to the front to get her some cereal, there were no spoons I asked the man at the front my desk for a spoon he said there in the cabinet underneath, I said can you please get them he got angry and walked away and said give me 5 mins. 10 mins later comes up and says follow me, takes me to kitchen tells me to open the cabinet and grab it myself then asked me to stock it, I said no I’m sorry that’s not my job. He then proceeded to scream at the top of his lungs to me and my child(4yrs old) Telling us to get out of his hotel and we aren’t welcome there ! Followed by saying he was going to charge me for the towels I was going to steal!! My daughter was terrified ! He was screaming so loud and following us to the door saying get out and don’t come back. Mind you after the experience I would never consider coming back. We contacted choice hotels and were given a credit for the stay. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Choice hotels needs to drop them! It makes me second guess using them again."

"Horrible experience, if you even want something cheap I do not recommend going here. If you need to pay the extra money I would for sure to not go here. We walked into our room and we had noticed cob webs, stains on the shower curtain, dust and bugs in the corners of the room and some other crumbs. The room had smelled like cigarettes and this was posted as a non-smoking room. The room was overall unsanitary and absolutely violated code of conduct. We had went to the front desk to explain the situation and make a complaint, the owners had offered another room to us so we checked it out as well and the room had a musky smell like it had not been cleaned in months or even a moldy smell. The staff refused to give us a refund and we’re extremely rude and inappropriate."

"The front desk staff was very friendly when I checked in and out. I was happy to see they have breakfast in the morning, and I liked the location because it’s near quite a few restaurants. A great Mexican restaurant was literally across the parking lot. I walked out of my clean and comfortable room, went about 30 feet across the parking lot, and ate some great Mexican food before getting a good nights rest."
