"I used to love this place when it was Rave Motion Pictures. It's gone downhill so badly since then. I've gone twice the last year and in one theater the screen had a wrinkle right down the center that was incredibly distracting and another one wouldn't stay in focus. It was subtitled and the subtitles would randomly get blurry. The barricades are way higher than they need to be, too. We were watching a movie with subtitles and the barricade blocked the view of the bottom of the screen so we had to sit up already to be able to see what was being said. I know AMC is struggling but they charge too much to accept these things as a customer"
"IMAX screen has very visible 2 foot abrasion/mark in the middle of the screen. Absolute joke of a theater. Went and saw the Jan. 24th Dune Part 1 special event. Drove 45 minutes to see it with friends from Cincinnati. The theater was terrible from the first second walking in. Ticket counter guy rudely telling everyone to go back out into the rain with their water bottles and firmly telling them all to put them in their cars. No water fountains outside the IMAX theater (16) were operational. The theater's seats were disgusting. The special movie event said stay tuned for a special look after the film. We all stayed in the theater after the film ended... nothing happened after the movie. Overall, will never go back. Bad experience from the first minute in and the last minute out."
"Very well staffed and maintained. Perfect extras that make everything go very smooth. All the facilities were kept very clean and was fully stocked. We were able to preorder tickets and snacks which made the task of bringing three kids to the movies a lot easier."
"Threater seats were very spacious and comfortable. A lot nicer than I expected.. I haven't been to this one in years. The cost was reasonable too. Definitely would recommend and return"
"Pricey tickets but you get walls in front and behind you, plus reclining leather seats. So no listening to the noisy folks behind you. Free refills on a large popcorn which is nice since it costs so much. Staff will give you lunch bags if you have kids so you can give everyone some popcorn. Clean and well-maintained. It was worth the expense. Not sure why online ticket purchases charge an $8 convenience fee."
