Quality Inn

"Room was clean except one of the pillow cases was dirty. They didn't have any breakfast because they said there was so few guests here. This was our 3rd time staying here foe business in the area, only staying here cause it's the only hotel near where we are going. I may consider staying in Cincinnati even though it's further away."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful! We were there for our grandmother's funeral over the hill in Tranquility. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The clerk even made my sister a couple of biscuits, just before the 9 am closing time. Thanks for letting us feel home, away from home."

"Did not stay. Could not stay. They said when we called they were pet friendly. We told them we have a cat and the gentleman we spoke to said no problem. When we arrived the woman at the desk said yes they are pet friendly but no cats. ( you figure this one out for yourself)"

"We got to our room after driving 13 hours from NH. We go into our room and the wan not cleaned from the previous person that had been there. When we went to the front desk and told the lady she argued that it was clean.. plus, the room smells like mold and mildew, and when we looked in the bathroom, the front of the tub was coming apart from the rest of the tub. The lady finally came down after arguing with us and looked at our room.. she offered to clean the room for us so we could stay in it. We told her no because it smelled of mold and mildew and the bathroom wasn’t in proper working condition.. at this point it was 1 AM in the morning and we were both exhausted from traveling so far. We left and found a different place to stay for the night.. we definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!"

"We were traveling from Cincinnati for my sister's wedding near by. I booked two rooms so my family could arrive early and get ready not realizing check in time was 2pm. I called Diane (front desk) and asked if it was possible to have an early check in time. She did everything she could and was able to get them in the rooms by noon. They had plenty of time to get ready! She was amazing. Even calling and texting me to keep me updated as I was stressed about the situation. I know she was really busy with alot of other issues at the time. I swear it felt like she was running the entire hotel by herself and she still was able to help me out. She is star employee and Quality Inn (Seaman, OH) is lucky to have her. Amazing and really friendly!! Wonderful customer service! Hard to find people that will go above and beyond today and that is what Diane did. She deserves a promotion. I can tell that she works really hard and does alot to keep the day to day operations of the hotel going. Thank you Diane!!!"
